While standing beside a flowing river, I observed my mind to see if any thoughts were present.

I saw one or two thoughts appearing as leaves floating on the water and gently let them go with the current. After that, I experienced a divine light emerging from the Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra.

My mind was steady and peaceful. Throughout the entire process, I could see, in front of my Ajna Chakra (Third Eye), three concentric circles — a golden ring at the centre, surrounded by a yellowish ring, and then a white luminous ring around it.

It was a deeply grounding and blissful experience.
